I found a relative from the very early 1600s! Apparently he was a court physician in Ansbach, Germany. Go team!
And his grandson(?) Johannes Ludwig (Lavrentius) Loelius was also a physician it seems...
Need to find more!
also the Archbishop of Prague, Johann Loelius from the 1500s.
Need to dig deeperrrrr.
